Handling your enquiry

I process your first name, surname, email address, telephone number where provided, and the information about your property and circumstances that you share with me. I use this information to reply and discuss the service you have requested. Where your enquiry concerns entering into an agreement, this involves taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For a general enquiry, the purpose is to handle the communication on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. I cannot handle your enquiry without the necessary contact details. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute consent to receive the newsletter.

Where your data is held and who can access it

Enquiries are stored in this website’s database, and notifications are sent to my work email. Hosting is provided by ACTIVE 24, s.r.o.; I use Google Workspace for email correspondence. I and any authorised collaborators access the information only as needed to handle your enquiry. Form submissions do not automatically subscribe you to marketing updates.

Google also processes data outside the European Economic Area as part of operating its services; its terms provide relevant safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses. The website does not automatically send enquiries to HubSpot or artificial intelligence tools.

How long I keep your data

I keep enquiries that do not lead to an agreement for no more than 6 months after our last communication. I then delete them from the website database and work email correspondence. If we enter into an agreement, the retention of related data depends on the purpose of our cooperation and the applicable legal obligations; this period for enquiries that do not lead to an agreement does not apply to those records.

The newsletter is separate

Subscribing to news and property listings will be voluntary and separate from your enquiry. Marketing subscriptions are not currently active. If I introduce them later, they will have separate privacy information and an easy way to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to your data and ask for it to be corrected. Where the GDPR conditions are met, you may also request erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may object to direct marketing at any time. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

I will handle your requests at jakub@muzareality.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. The website does not carry out automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
