Nice to meet you.
I’m Jakub.
For me, property starts with people. I want to know what you expect from selling or letting, what your plans are and what matters to you. From the outset, I want you to know what to expect, understand each step and have someone you can turn to.
Then I get to know your property, prepare the documentation and propose a plan. I explain the reasoning behind my recommendations, where I see opportunities and what needs to be resolved. Together, we find an approach that makes sense for you.
Before moving into property, I spent nine years at an international corporation. Before that, I lived in England, where I worked in hospitality. My experience in customer care, project management, and organising and hosting large events taught me to listen, communicate clearly and keep track of both the details and the bigger picture. I bring all of that to my work with you today.
